Job summary

PrimCorp, LLC seeks a Contract Specialist (Jr.) to provide contract closeout support to the Closeout Branch, coordinating with DCMA, DCAA, contractors, and the centralized team to prepare contracts for final closeout. Qualifications

• 5–9 years of relevant experience in contract actions, with relevant work within the last 2 years.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and contract closeout processes.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and collaborate with government/contractor personnel.

Responsibilities

• Support contract closeout review and completion for contracts and delivery/task orders.
• Coordinate with DCMA, DCAA, contractors, and the closeout team to prepare contracts for final closeout.
• Assist with market research, solicitations, contract modifications, and other contract administration activities.
• Maintain closeout documentation and tracking; support Contracting Officer in closeout activities.
