Job summary

Cbridgeautomation seeks a Contract Closeout Specialist to execute acquisition activities for DoD programs, ensuring compliant and efficient procurement across the full lifecycle. This role interfaces with Contracting Officers, PMs, and government stakeholders.

The position requires DoD/federal experience, active Secret clearance (TS/SCI with Poly preferred), and expertise in FAR/DFARS compliance to drive successful contract closeouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Contracts, or related field.
• 3–15+ years of DoD or federal acquisition experience.
• Active Secret clearance required; TS/SCI with Polygraph preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and procurement regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support full acquisition lifecycle from requirements through contract closeout.
• Develop acquisition strategies, procurement packages, and contract documentation.
• Ensure alignment with DoD frameworks and mission requirements; support negotiations and pricing strategy.
• Prepare acquisition briefings, reports, and documentation; support audits and reviews.
