Job summary

PrimCorp is seeking a Contract Specialist (Jr.) in Washington, DC to support the Closeout Branch. You will help review and finalize contract closeout processes, coordinating with DCMA, DCAA, contractors, and internal teams.

You will work with FAR/DFARS documentation, CLIN structures, and closeout records, ensuring accurate and timely closeout deliverables and updates to tracking systems.

Qualifications

• Requires 5–9 years of relevant experience in the labor category with recent work.
• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and applicable agency supplements.
• Ability to analyze and document contract requirements clearly.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Security Clearance: TS clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide contract closeout support to the Closeout Branch.
• Coordinate with DCMA, DCAA, contractors, and closeout team.
• Review FAR/DFARS contracts and prepare closeout documentation.
• Update closeout tracking and support acquisition activities.
