Job summary

OCT Consulting, LLC is seeking a Contract Specialist I (Mid-Level) to support a federal client in close-out activities and contract administration. The role requires handling firm-fixed, T&M, LH, and hybrid contracts, with a focus on documenting and archiving closed contracts.

The ideal candidate has at least four years of federal contract closeout experience, a Bachelor's degree, and relevant certifications (FAC-C/DAWIA) or NCMA credentials. U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years of federal contract closeout experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• DOJ experience preferred.
• Acquisition certifications preferred (FAC-C/DAWIA).
• Must be able to obtain/retain a Public Trust clearance.
• U.S. citizen.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Specialization in close-out activities.
• Support an acquisition office in Contract and Procurement Series (1102).
• Close firm-fixed, time and materials, labor hour, or any variant including hybrid contracts.
