Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project owner representatives, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Assist in managing estimating, bidding, and tracking costs against the budget.
• Resolve design issues and field change orders.
• Draft contracts and purchase orders using boilerplate language.
• Support project meetings and ensure work meets quality standards.
• Support implementing project schedules and tracking milestones.
• Document project phases and maintain site records.
• Provide field support to ensure contract compliance and safety.
