Consigli Construction Co. is seeking an Assistant Project Accountant to support the Project Accounting Manager and Finance team on construction projects. You will help with accounts payable, owner billings, cost reporting, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or relevant field required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable (AP) invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Set up and maintain project budgets in the accounting system.
• Prepare and submit owner billing packages in accordance with contract terms.
• Process intercompany invoices and payments; perform regular reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly cost reports and financial closings.
• Ensure project accounting complies with internal policies and accounting standards.
• Maintain regular communication with vendors and clients to resolve discrepancies.
• Organize and manage project-related financial documentation and records.
• Support contract reconciliation and ensure accurate cost tracking.
