Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, construction management or construction technology.
• Knowledge of engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating work with owner representatives, architects, engineers and site subcontractors.
• Managing estimating and bidding processes and tracking costs on the project budget.
• Resolving and clarifying design issues and field questions.
• Documenting work, schedules, costs, change orders and specs using boilerplate language.
• Participating in meetings to coordinate work and labor concerns.
• Ensuring work meets quality standards and contract specs.
• Implementing project schedules and tracking progress.
• Documenting phases of the project and changes.
• Providing field support to superintendents to ensure contract compliance and safety.
