Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, or related field with 1+ year of related experience preferred.
Basic understanding of GAAP and financial processes
Interest in cost accounting, construction finance, and project-based financial management
Familiarity with AI tools for financial analysis, data validation, and automation is a plus

Responsibilities

Assist with project accounting tasks and analyze financial data for assigned projects.
Audit and reconcile client bills against the general ledger for accuracy.
Support timely accounts payable transactions and verify vendor invoices.
Participate in month-end close activities and reconcile GL accounts.
Assist with project setup/maintenance in financial systems and ensure proper budget coding.
Support project billings and monitor accounts receivable for collections.
