Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with project accounting tasks and analyze financial data.
• Prepare, review, and audit cost reports.
• Audit and reconcile client bills with the general ledger.
• Support Accounts Payable (AP) transactions through SSO and verify vendor invoices.
• Assist with month-end close activities and journal entries.
• Assist with project set up and maintenance in financial systems.
• Participate in forecasting and cost projections for GR/GCs and labor.
• Attend team meetings and evaluate AI tool integration.
