Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking an entry-level Compliance Analyst to serve as the project compliance expert on government-funded projects. You will work with a dedicated team of compliance professionals to ensure projects meet compliance objectives.

Key duties include enforcing wage laws, generating CPRs for Clark craft employees and subcontractors, reviewing documents, and supporting process improvements. Local travel to project sites and on-site worker interviews are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with federal contracting, labor regulations, and FAR regulations a plus.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Enforce compliance with federal, state, and local wage laws and PLA requirements.
• Generate and certify CPRs for Clark craft employees and subcontractors.
• Manage prevailing wage document collection and review for Clark and partners.
• Cross-check payroll submissions against project documents to ensure proper wage payments.
• Collaborate with project teams and leadership on process improvements and issue resolution.
• Travel to one or more project sites locally and conduct on-site worker interviews.
