Job summary

Clark Construction Group seeks a Compliance Analyst to be the project compliance expert on government-funded projects in San Diego, with some travel to nearby sites. This early-career role works with a dedicated Project Controls and Compliance team to enforce wage laws and PLA requirements and produce CPRs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) preferred, or similar relevant work experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication; ability to learn quickly under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Enforce federal, state, and local prevailing wage laws, and union/PLA requirements.
• Generate, certify, and submit CPRs for Clark craft employees and subcontractors.
• Review payroll submissions for proper wage payments and perform cross-checks with project documents.
• Collaborate with project teams and leadership on process improvements and issue resolution.
• Assist with complex wage issues and investigations; maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Support achievement of worker utilization and small business subcontracting goals.
• Manage project start-up and close-out for compliance; travel to project sites as needed.
