Job summary

Clark Holdings Inc. is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst in San Antonio, TX to serve as the project compliance expert on a portfolio of government-funded construction projects.

This entry-level role offers upward mobility within the Project Controls and Compliance department and involves on-site work, travel to project sites, and regular payroll/CPR responsibilities. Responsibilities include enforcing wage laws, submitting CPRs, reviewing documents, and collaborating on process improvements

Responsibilities

• Enforce compliance with federal, state, and local wage laws and PLA requirements.
• Prepare and submit CPRs for Clark craft employees and subcontractors.
• Review prevailing wage documents for Clark and trade partners.
• Cross-check payroll submissions against project documents to ensure proper wages.
• Collaborate on process improvements and issue resolution related to project compliance.
• Assist with complex prevailing wage issues and investigations with third parties.
• Support project start-up and close-out for compliance.
• Travel to project sites; conduct weekly on-site worker interviews.
