This entry-level role offers potential for upward mobility within the Project Controls and Compliance department. You will enforce federal, state, and local wage laws, generate CPRs for Clark craft employees and subs, collect payroll documents, and collaborate to improve processes.

Qualificações

• Entry level role with potential for upward mobility.
• Familiarity with federal contracting and labor regulations is a plus.
• Travel to project sites may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Enforce compliance with prevailing wage laws and PLA requirements.
• Generate, certify, and submit CPRs for Clark craft employees and subcontractors.
• Manage payroll document collection and review for Clark and trade partners.
• Collaborate on process improvements and issue resolution related to project compliance.
• Assist with complex prevailing wage issues and investigations with third parties.
• Conduct on-site worker interviews weekly to ensure compliance.
