Job summary

Massage Envy in Durham is seeking friendly team members to deliver exceptional customer service and guide clients through Total Body Care offerings. You will educate clients on services, book appointments, and help drive repeat visits while maintaining a welcoming environment.

The role involves assisting guests, answering inquiries, and supporting clinic operations with a flexible, full-time schedule. Training and career growth opportunities are available within a caring team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent; retail or sales experience preferred.
• Able to think critically with strong math and computer skills and multitask effectively.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build positive relationships with guests.
• Knowledge of massage and skin care services appreciated and supportive of total body care.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help clients feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on services and products; promote the Wellness Program and book future services.
• Answer phones and emails, greet clients, schedule services, and manage clinic flow.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.

Qualified Candidates

• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
