Job summary

Massage Envy is hiring Sales Team Members in Whittier to help clients understand the benefits of massage, skincare and stretch. You will build relationships with members and guests, guide them through services and retail options, and contribute to a friendly, growth-oriented team.

We offer training, a competitive compensation plan with commissions, and a flexible schedule to support work-life balance while helping clients on their wellness journey.

Qualifications

• Available to work weekends (Saturday, Sunday or both).
• Willing to work a minimum of 20 hours/week.
• Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred).
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask.
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests.
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services.
• Strong communicator who wants to encourage teamwork and fun.
• A strong desire to work with others and engage new associates with energy and enthusiasm for our company.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood.
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions.
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach.

The role of a Sales & Customer s associate at Massage Envy involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at helping clients understand the benefits of regular massages, skin care and stretch, Key Responsibilities include establishing relationships with members and guest, connecting clients with relationships-built, scripts and customer service. The position also offers a competitive compensation plan, including commission and incentive plans on membership and retail sales, as well as a dynamic environment for growth and refinement of sales and customer service skills.
