Job summary

Massage Envy in Morrisville, NC is seeking friendly associates to join our wellness-focused team. You will deliver outstanding customer service, educate clients on Total Body Care, and help book services and retail purchases based on provider recommendations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent and previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Critical thinkers with strong math and computer skills and ability to multitask.
• Great people skills and ability to establish positive relationships with guests.
• Knowledge of massage and skin care services and total body care.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure guests feel valued and understood.
• Promote Total Body Care by educating clients on services, selling the Wellness Program, booking future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering calls and emails, and responding to questions.
• Help grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.
