Massage Envy by JEM Wellness Brands is seeking a friendly, sales‑focused team member at our Charlotte location to deliver exceptional customer service and educate clients on Total Body Care. You will engage guests, promote the Wellness Program, and help schedule services to support clinic flow.

The role emphasizes relationship building, multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment, and a passion for wellness. Full-time opportunities include comprehensive benefits and career growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills; able to multitask.
• Excellent people skills and guest-relationship ability.
• Knowledge of massage and skin care services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on Total Body Care and sell the Wellness Program.
• Book services and encourage homecare retail purchases.
• Greet clients, schedule services, answer calls, respond to emails.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and outreach efforts.
