Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required for consideration due to security requirements.
• Must possess a valid, unexpired Real ID-compliant driver’s license or state ID.
• 2+ years of general full-time work experience; may be reduced with advanced education.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily administration of hardware, software, network systems, and user accounts.
• Provide in-person and phone support to end users for troubleshooting hardware, software, OS, and Office products.
• Install and configure hardware such as laptops, desktops, and monitors at end-user locations.
• Support and contribute to the execution of large-scale projects and events.
