Cimarron Software Services, Inc. is seeking junior Client Support Administrators to assist the Missile Defense Agency on the IRES contract. Positions are 100% onsite at Redstone Arsenal (Huntsville, AL) or Schriever Space Force Base (Colorado Springs, CO).

Primary duties include user account management, hardware/software troubleshooting, and end-user support across laptops, desktops, and peripherals. Security clearance required: Secret.

Qualifications

• Citizenship required for consideration due to security constraints.
• Real ID-compliant form of identification required at hire.
• 2+ years of general full-time work experience.
• Ability to perform physical tasks typical of the role and move around large facilities.

$66,000 - $73,000/yr.

Cimarron is seeking junior-levelClient Support Administrators to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract at either the Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL or at Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, CO.

Key Duties:

• Conduct daily administration of hardware, software, network systems, and user accounts.
• Provide in-person and phone support to MDA end users for troubleshooting hardware, software, operating systems, and Office products.
• Install and configure hardware such as laptops, desktops, and monitors at end-user locations.
• Support and contribute to the execution of large-scale projects and events.

• This position requires access to federal facilities. Candidates must possess a valid, unexpired Real ID-compliant driver's license or state-issued identification card at the time of hire. • Ability to perform physical tasks typical of this role, including moving through large facilities and working in confined spaces like under desks.
