Job summary

Cimarron Software Services, Inc. seeks junior-level Client Support Administrators to support the Missile Defense Agency on the IRES contract at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL, or at Schriever Space Force Base, CO. You will handle day-to-day admin tasks, assist end users, and install hardware for end-user locations.

This position requires U.S. citizenship, an active Secret Clearance or higher, and DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification.

Qualifications

• Only U.S. citizens are eligible due to facility security requirements.
• Requires access to federal facilities and a Real ID-compliant ID at hire.
• Active Secret Clearance (or higher).
• 2+ years of general full-time work (may be reduced with advanced education).
• Current DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (Security+).
• Ability to perform physical tasks typical of this role, including moving through large facilities and working in confined spaces like under desks.

Position Introduction/Key Duties

Cimarron is seeking junior-level Client Support Administrators to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract at either the Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL or at Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, CO.

Key Duties

• Conduct daily administration of hardware, software, network systems, and user accounts.
• Provide in-person and phone support to MDA end users for troubleshooting hardware, software, operating systems, and Office products.
• Install and configure hardware such as laptops, desktops, and monitors at end-user locations.
• Support and contribute to the execution of large-scale projects and events.

Required/Desired Skills, Experience, And Education

• Due to facility security requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for consideration at this time.
• This position requires access to federal facilities. Candidates must possess a valid, unexpired Real ID-compliant driver's license or state-issued identification card at the time of hire.
