Job summary

Bohler's Warrenton, VA office is seeking an Entry Level Civil Engineer (Land Development) eager to learn, grow, and contribute to site planning, grading, utilities, and stormwater design under experienced mentors.

You will use AutoCAD Civil 3D to draft site layouts, support regulatory reviews, and participate in development projects across commercial, residential, and mixed‑use markets, while gaining hands‑on experience and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities were demonstrated.
• EIT certification is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work on land development projects including site planning and grading.
• Learn from engineers and mentors at all stages from concept to construction.
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to create site layouts and utility designs.
• Assist with regulatory reviews and respond to comments as needed.
• Support stormwater management reports and submittals.
• Engage in Bohler's Learning & Development programs for growth.
• Attend site visits and coordinate with project teams.
