Job summary

Bohler in Harrisburg, PA is seeking an Entry Level Civil Engineer (Land Development) to help design land development projects, including site planning, grading, utilities, and stormwater management. You will work with mentors to learn every stage from concept to construction, contributing to residential, commercial, and mixed-use sites.

You will gain hands-on experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, participate in training programs, and attend site visits to coordinate with project teams while building

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 0–1+ years of residential, commercial, or industrial site design and permitting experience.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D (training provided if not yet proficient)

Responsibilities

• Work on land development projects across various site types.
• Learn site design from concept to construction with mentors.
• Create site layouts, grading plans, and utility designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Research zoning ordinances and regulatory requirements.
• Review and address regulatory comments and assist with project redesigns as needed.
• Support stormwater management reports and submittals.
• Participate in Bohler Learning & Development programs.
• Attend site visits and coordinate with project teams.
