Job summary

Bohler’s Raleigh, NC office is seeking an Entry Level Civil Engineer (Land Development) eager to learn, grow, and contribute to real projects. You will support site planning, grading, utilities, and stormwater tasks while working under seasoned engineers.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with site design, learn from mentors, and participate in Bohler’s Learning & Development initiatives that emphasize AutoCAD Civil 3D training and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D; training provided if needed.
• 0–1+ years of residential, commercial, or industrial site design and permitting experience.

Responsibilities

• Work on land development projects from concept through construction.
• Create site layouts, grading plans, and utility designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Research design manuals, zoning ordinances, and jurisdictional regulations.
• Support regulatory reviews and assist with project redesigns as needed.
• Assist with stormwater reports and submittals.
