Bohler’s Tampa, FL office is seeking an Entry Level Civil Engineer (Land Development) eager to learn, grow, and make an impact. You will assist with site planning, grading, utilities, and stormwater design on real projects with mentorship from senior engineers.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
0–1+ years of site design and permitting experience.
Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D (training provided).
Strong communication and collaborative teamwork.
EIT certification is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Work on land development projects across various site types.
Collaborate with experienced engineers and mentors to learn site design from concept to construction.
Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to create site layouts, grading, and utilities.
Research design manuals, zoning ordinances, and jurisdictional regulations.
Review regulatory comments and assist with project redesigns.
Support stormwater management reports and construction submittals.
Participate in Bohler’s Learning & Development programs.
Attend site visits to observe field conditions and coordinate with teams.
Engage in civic, professional, and business organizations to build your network.
