• Work on land development projects including commercial, residential, industrial, and mixed-use sites
• Partner with experienced engineers and mentors to learn every stage of site design, from concept through construction
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to create site layouts, grading plans, and utility designs
• Research and interpret design manuals, zoning ordinances, and jurisdictional regulations
• Review and address regulatory comments and assist with project redesigns as needed
