OHM Advisors is seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our collaborative team in Michigan. You will support planning and design efforts across civil engineering projects and gain exposure to technical analyses while collaborating with senior staff to deliver people-focused solutions for clients.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field, experience with AutoCAD or MicroStation, and internship/co-op exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience with AutoCAD or MicroStation.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred.
• Internship or co-op in civil engineering preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment.

Responsabilités

• Participate in data collection and analysis to support project development.
• Perform design calculations and analyses to complete assigned tasks.
• Assist in the preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates, and supporting documents.
• Use CAD software (AutoCAD or MicroStation) to develop design drawings.
• Review project plans and documentation for technical accuracy and conformance to standards.
• Help schedule and coordinate tasks to meet project timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to design reviews.
• Maintain organized project files and design documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
