OHM Advisors seeks a Graduate Civil Engineer to join a collaborative team in Michigan. You will support planning and design efforts, perform analyses, and work with senior staff to deliver people-focused solutions for clients.

Ideal candidates have a Civil Engineering degree, CAD experience (AutoCAD or MicroStation), and an internship or co-op background. EIT is preferred and MS Office skills are essential for project coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Experience with AutoCAD or MicroStation.
• EIT certification preferred.
• Internship or co-op in civil engineering strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data to support project development.
• Perform design calculations and analyses for assigned tasks.
• Assist in preparing plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Create design drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD or MicroStation).
• Ensure technical accuracy and conformance to standards.
• Coordinate tasks to meet timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and participate in design reviews.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
