Job summary

OHM Advisors is seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer in Michigan to join a collaborative team across architecture, engineering, planning, surveying and construction engineering. You will support planning and design efforts, contribute to analyses, and work with senior staff to deliver client-focused, people-centered solutions.

You will use AutoCAD or MicroStation for design drawings, assist in preparing plans and cost estimates, and develop strong communication and organizational skills while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required or expected.
• Experience with AutoCAD or MicroStation is required or strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Office software and strong communication is expected.

Responsibilities

• Participate in data collection and analysis to support project development.
• Perform design calculations and investigative analyses for tasks.
• Assist in preparing plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Develop design drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD or MicroStation).
• Review project plans for technical accuracy and standards compliance.
• Coordinate tasks to meet project timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to reviews.
