OHM Advisors is seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our collaborative team. You will support planning and design efforts, gain exposure to civil projects, and work alongside senior staff to deliver people-focused solutions for clients.

You will utilize AutoCAD or MicroStation, contribute to analyses, and help prepare plans, cost estimates, and supporting documents in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
• Experience working in AutoCAD or MicroStation.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred.
• Internship or co-op experience in civil engineering strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the collection and analysis of data to support project development.
• Perform design calculations and investigative analyses to complete assigned tasks.
• Assist in the preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates, and supporting documents.
• Use CAD software (AutoCAD or MicroStation) to develop design drawings.
• Review project plans and documentation for technical accuracy and conformance to standards.
• Help schedule and coordinate tasks to meet project timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to design reviews.
• Maintain organized project files and design documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
