Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; ABET accreditation strong preferred.
• Internship or related consulting experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of standard civil engineering techniques and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work methodically and analytically in quantitative environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fundamental CAD tools: AutoCAD, MicroStation, BIM (Revit), Civil 3D; basic PLS tools.

Responsibilities

• Assists in civil design from conceptual phase through design completion.
• Assists with modifying and reviewing production drawings for multiple facilities.
• Assists in designing civil components per project manager requirements.
• Applies basic civil engineering techniques and procedures on projects.
• Assists with data collection, studies, and reports.
• Supports client presentations, shop drawing review, and contract administration.
• Performs field inspections, measurements, or calculations as required.
• Complies with policies and standards.
