Job summary

Gusto is seeking a Junior Account Manager to support Channel Partners such as Accounting Firms and their Small Business Clients in selecting Gusto as their preferred platform. You will educate partners about Gusto Pro, match offerings to client needs, and guide them through onboarding, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the sales lifecycle.

You will handle outbound outreach, educate Partners on our program, and assist with onboarding while ensuring customer success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a sales role.
• Experience managing existing customer accounts is a plus.
• Experience in Inside or Outside Sales, Insurance Sales, Retention, or Customer Success preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume emails and calls with Channel Partners and Clients.
• Educate Partners about Gusto Pro and our partnership program.
• Assist Partners in onboarding and implementing Gusto for their clients.
• Maintain Salesforce records for leads and accounts.
• Provide advisory sales guidance and act as a trusted advisor to partners.
