Job summary

Gusto is seeking a Junior Account Manager to support Channel Partners and their small business clients in selecting Gusto as their preferred platform. The role focuses on educating partners about Gusto Pro, guiding onboarding, and delivering advisory sales guidance to drive client success.

You will manage outbound communications, maintain Salesforce records, and collaborate with partners to maximize platform adoption and value for their clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience
• Experience in Inside or Outside Sales
• Experience with high-volume outbound calls
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume emails and calls with Channel Partners and Clients at multiple stages of the sales cycle.
• Maintain accurate notes in Salesforce for leads and accounts.
• Educate Partners about Gusto Pro and our partnership program.
• Guide Partner onboarding and provide advisory sales support.
• Lead discussions to ensure partners leverage GustoPro for client success.
• Promote adoption of new GustoPro features and integrations.
• Support Clients through implementation and account setup.
