Job summary

Gusto in Phoenix is seeking a Junior Account Manager to support Channel Partners and their small business clients. You will educate partners on Gusto Pro, match offerings to client needs, and guide them through onboarding with advisory sales.

You will handle outbound calls/emails to Partners and Clients, maintaining Salesforce notes and driving adoption of GustoPro features. Salary targets reflect entry-level sales experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a sales role (B2B preferred).
• Experience managing existing customer accounts is a plus.
• High-volume outbound dials and prospecting leads.
• Salesforce experience required.
• Inside or outside sales, retention or customer success background.

Responsibilities

• Educate Channel Partners about Gusto Pro and platform offerings.
• Consult and support Partners and their clients through phone and email.
• Maintain clean notes in Salesforce for leads and accounts.
• Lead discussions to drive usage of GustoPro features and integrations.
• Manage onboarding and provide advisory sales guidance to partners.
