Job summary

Gusto Pro Core, Junior Account Manager in Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) with Denver, CO and Phoenix, AZ hybrid locations. The role focuses on assisting Channel Partners and their clients in selecting Gusto as their preferred payroll and benefits platform.

You'll educate Partners about Gusto Pro, navigate onboarding, and provide advisory sales guidance while maintaining Salesforce records and driving partner collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a sales role; managing accounts is a plus.
• Inside or Outside Sales experience preferred.
• High-volume outbound dialing experience.
• Salesforce experience.
• Consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume and velocity of emails and calls with Channel Partners and Clients’ Customers across stages from discovery to onboarding.
• Maintain a clean Salesforce record for all leads and accounts.
• Educate Partners about Gusto Pro and guide onboarding of clients.
• Lead discussions with partners to leverage GustoPro for business outcomes.
• Drive awareness of new GustoPro features and integrations.
