Job summary

Gusto seeks a Junior Account Manager to support Channel Partners and their Small Business Clients in selecting Gusto as their payroll and benefits platform. You will educate Partners about Gusto Pro, match offerings to client needs, and guide onboarding with advisory sales.

The role emphasizes customer success and cross-functional collaboration across sales and partnerships. You will manage a high volume of outreach, maintain accurate Salesforce records, and drive adoption of new features for

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a sales role
• Experience in Inside or Outside Sales, Insurance Sales, Retention, or Customer Success preferred
• High volume outbound dialing experience and/or prospecting leads

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume and velocity of emails and calls, outbound, with Channel Partners and Clients at various stages (discovery to onboarding).
• Maintain clean notes in Salesforce for Leads & Accounts.
• Educate Partners about Gusto Pro and our partnership program.
• Guide Partners through onboarding and advisory sales.
• Lead discussions to ensure Partners leverage GustoPro for client success.
• Promote new GustoPro features and integrations to Partners.
