Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. is seeking an Entry Level Mechanical Engineer with an interest in HVAC, utilities, plumbing, and fire protection systems to join our team.

You’ll apply theoretical knowledge to solve today’s challenges on projects across the country, delivering robust system designs and coordination with other trades. You’ll work on HVAC dry side, utility and building systems, and help develop the overall building safety plans under supervision, progressing to more complex

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in Mechanical, Fire Protection Engineering or closely related discipline.
• Desire to design building mechanical systems, including HVAC and piping, for buildings and facilities.
• EIT or ability to obtain within 6 months of start.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Responsabilidades

• Provide system design calculations and related design services, coordinating with other trades under the guidance of Professional Engineers.
• Assist in the design of HVAC dry side, utility systems, building plumbing, and fire suppression while helping develop overall building safety plans.
• Take ownership of completeness, accuracy and timeliness of work and progress from basic design to more complex projects with a technical team.
