Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent military education required or relevant internship program mentioned in the posting.
• Technical experience servicing electrical, electronics, IT or mechanical equipment.
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to customers and work under safety/compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls to evaluate, diagnose, and repair or perform PM on basic biomedical equipment.
• May assist more experienced technicians on basic and more complex repairs.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and customers and maintain documentation.

Education

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

Equivalent military education

GEHC Biomed/FE Services Internship or Military Externship program

High School Diploma/GED and 2+ years of experience servicing electrical, electronics, IT or mechanical equipment
