Responsibilities

Handle daily virtual court calendar in the specified venue.
Manage litigation files from inception through trial.
Manage arbitration files from inception through arbitration hearing.
Prepare motions and memoranda of law.
Prepare pleadings, discovery, demands and responses.
Draft reports and provide file analysis.
Appear in court and at arbitration hearings.

Position Requirements:
