PSI Group, Inc. in Long Island (Hempstead, NY area) seeks an experienced associate attorney to join our plaintiff no-fault team. A minimum of one year of experience is preferred; entry level considered.

Demonstrated negotiation and communication skills and a firm grasp of no-fault law are essential. Position entails in-person work, handling court calendars, managing litigation and arbitration matters from start to finish, drafting motions and pleadings, and appearing in court and arbitration

• Active member of the New York State Bar or eligibility to waive into admission.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills required.
• Comprehensive understanding of no-fault law.

• Oversee litigation files from inception through trial.

A fast-paced plaintiff no-fault firm is seeking an experienced associate attorney to join our team in Long Island (Hempstead, NY area)

A minimum of one (1) year experience is required, may consider an entry level person as well. Candidate should have strong negotiation, communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of no-fault law.

Position Requirements:

• Handling daily virtual court calendar in specified venue
• Handling and managing litigation files from inception through trial.
• Handling and managing arbitration files from inception through arbitration hearing.
• Preparing motions and memorandums of law.
• Preparing pleadings, discovery, demands and responses.
• Drafting reports and provide file analysis
• Court and arbitration appearances
