PSI Group, Inc. in New York, NY is seeking an experienced associate attorney to join our plaintiff no-fault team.

The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation and communication skills and a solid understanding of no-fault law, with at least one year of relevant experience. The role involves managing daily virtual court calendars, handling litigation and arbitration files from inception through hearings, drafting motions and pleadings, and appearing in court and at arbitrations.

Qualifications

• Active member of the New York State Bar.
• Minimum 1 year experience; strong negotiation and communication.
• No-fault law knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily virtual court calendar in NYC.
• Handle litigation files from inception through trial.
• Manage arbitration files from inception through arbitration hearing.
• Prepare motions and memoranda of law.
• Prepare pleadings, discovery, demands and responses.
• Draft reports and provide file analysis.
• Appear in court and at arbitrations.

A fast-paced plaintiff no-fault firm is seeking an experienced associate attorney to join our team in NYC

A minimum of one (1) year experience is required, may consider an entry level person as well. Candidate should have strong negotiation, communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of no-fault law.

Position Requirements:

• Handling daily virtual court calendar in specified venue
• Handling and managing litigation files from inception through trial.
• Handling and managing arbitration files from inception through arbitration hearing.
• Preparing motions and memorandums of law.
• Preparing pleadings, discovery, demands and responses.
• Drafting reports and provide file analysis
• Court and arbitration appearances
