PSI in Long Island (Hempstead, NY area) seeks an experienced associate attorney to join our fast-paced plaintiff no-fault firm. A minimum of one year of experience is preferred; entry-level candidates may be considered.

Strong negotiation and communication skills, and a solid understanding of no-fault law are essential. responsibilities include managing daily court calendars, litigation and arbitration files, drafting motions and pleadings, and appearing in court and hearings.

• Ability to manage litigation and arbitration files end-to-end.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily virtual court calendar in the specified venue.
• Handle and manage litigation files from inception through trial.
• Oversee arbitration files from inception through arbitration hearing.
• Prepare motions, pleadings, discovery, and responses; draft reports and provide analysis.

A fast-paced plaintiff no-fault firm is seeking an experienced associate attorney to join our team in Long Island (Hempstead, NY area)

A minimum of one (1) year experience is required, may consider an entry level person as well. Candidate should have strong negotiation, communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of no-fault law.

Position Requirements:

• Handling daily virtual court calendar in specified venue
• Handling and managing litigation files from inception through trial.
• Handling and managing arbitration files from inception through arbitration hearing.
• Preparing motions and memorandums of law.
• Preparing pleadings, discovery, demands and responses.
• Drafting reports and provide file analysis
• Court and arbitration appearances
