The role involves managing daily court calendars, litigation and arbitration files, drafting motions and pleadings, and making court appearances. In‑person, full‑time position with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year experience required.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of no-fault law.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily virtual court calendar in the specified venue.
• Manage litigation files from inception through trial.
• Manage arbitration files from inception through arbitration hearing.
• Prepare motions and memoranda of law.
• Prepare pleadings, discovery, demands and responses.
• Draft reports and provide file analysis.
• Appear in court and at arbitration hearings.
