Responsibilities

• Design and test complete solutions that solve unique technical problems.
• Define new products and features and perform field trials for new features.
• Provide support to customers and sales team via troubleshooting and analysis.
• Assist with demonstrations, training, testing, and reproducing field bugs.
• Create and maintain customer-facing documents and content.
