Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA candidate or pursuing CPA preferred.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience.
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online.
• Understanding of intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple entities and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting in QuickBooks Online across multiple entities.
• Record and reconcile intercompany transactions and maintain records.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger.
• Assist with financial reporting and audit preparation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
