Qualifications

• Analytical and organizational skills to execute daily accounting operations.
• Financial statement preparation and analysis with reporting to management.
• Monthly reconciliation of general ledger accounts; AP/AR activities.

Responsibilities

• Process and record accounts payable transactions and review vendor statements.
• Prepare and enter journal entries to the general ledger.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts daily/monthly and perform account analysis.
• Process payables and receivables through QuickBooks and Liberty POS.
• Maintain accounting records per GAAP and internal controls.
• Assist in preparing financial reports.
• Scan and file supporting documentation.
• Serve as primary contact for vendors on payments and POs.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets for payables, receivables, accruals, and equipment.
