You will oversee AR/AP, payroll, bank reconciliations, and inventory records, and prepare monthly financial and management reports, working with department heads to ensure accuracy and timely closes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage AR/AP across multiple companies using QuickBooks.
• Enter bills and ensure purchase orders are used.
• Process payroll and maintain payroll records.
• Maintain inventory records across all companies.
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports.
• Perform bank, credit card, inventory, payroll, and account reconciliations.
• Coordinate with department heads on company credit cards.
