Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in corporate accounting.
• Experience with fixed assets is required.
• Strong bank reconciliation and credit card reconciliation experience.
• ERP system experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily bank reconciliations and research discrepancies.
• Complete credit card reconciliations with proper documentation.
• Assist with fixed asset accounting, tracking and reconciling activity.
• Use ERP systems to enter, review, and reconcile accounting transactions.
• Support month-end close with schedules and analyses.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve issues.
