Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience with AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities including AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Prepare financial reports and provide insights to owners and senior management.
• Monitor activities to identify concerns and improve efficiency.
• Support leadership with special projects, reporting, and internal controls.
• Coordinate cross-functional tasks and follow through on priorities.
• Serve as a dependable resource for management and internal teams.
