This role trains you on our workflows, supports month-end reconciliations, and helps scale our processes as we grow. A background in accounting or finance is preferred, with a passion for hardware supply chains.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of accounting, accounts payable, or purchasing experience; junior role with training.
• Highly detail-oriented with the discipline to handle a high volume of transactions and POs.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with accounting software is a plus.
• Understands PO lifecycle, three-way matching, and end-to-end AP workflows.
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup where ownership matters and cross-functional work is needed.
• Clear, proactive communicator who can work with engineering, operations, and vendors.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day purchasing-to-payment cycle and ensure documentation.
• Process accounts payable and protect payment terms with vendors.
• Support month-end and quarterly reconciliation alongside senior finance staff.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and outside vendors to resolve issues.
• Assist forecasting, fundraising support, and strategic finance planning.
