Agility Robotics is hiring an Accounts Payable Accountant to ensure accurate invoicing and payments within our procure-to-pay process. You’ll strengthen supplier relationships and resolve issues related to POs, receipts and approvals while supporting automation and ERP enhancements.

In a fast-paced, GAAP-compliant environment, you’ll manage PO and non-PO invoices, code to GL accounts, and coordinate cross-functionally with Procurement and Finance to ensure timely accruals and reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting with 2+ years of AP experience.
• Understanding of GAAP, month-end close, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Ability to learn systems and handle multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Monitor AP inbox and maintain <=1 day lag.
• Process supplier invoices with 3-way matching (PO, receipts, invoice).
• Code non-PO invoices to correct GL accounts and ensure approvals.
• Maintain supplier relationships and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain and other teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual AP accruals and ensure period recognition.
• Support travel, expense, and corporate card programs and policy compliance.
• Assist with audits and testing of accounts payable controls.
• Participate in system improvements and ERP enhancements.
